- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

- It is essential to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications you are taking, including but not limited to Ro-Accutane, strong antibiotics, or antiviral medications.
- Failure to disclose such information may affect the outcome of your treatment.
3. Payments
- Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or any other method specified at the time of booking.
- Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices at the time of booking.
4. Refunds and Returns
- Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will strive to address your concerns.
- Products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
5. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
6. Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure during your visit.
7. Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all clients and staff.

- Triplets House of Beauty is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries sustained during or after treatments due to undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client information is kept confidential and used solely for providing our services.
